Green Building & Handicap Policies

 

The Real Estate Company of Missouri, L.L.C. and Greenleaf Companies, L.L.C. have a standing policy to meet the needs of any client requiring handicap ready modifications whenever possible. Don't let the home of your dreams slip by just because you don't see any handicap friendly items. Many such changes can be completed at no additional cost to the customer. Please talk to your friendly sales associate about your needs and we'll do what we can to accomdate your needs.

 

We are in the ongoing process of adding to our already impressive list of environmentally friendly building techniques. Our corporate goal is to be Green Building, Gold Standard eligible per the NHBA by Jan 1, 2009. We currently utilize the following products and techniques to improve the efficiency of your home and minimize our footprint on the environment:

• ultra efficient heating and air-conditioning systems
• energy star appliances
• high grade air filtration to maximize indoor air quality
• added insulation to minimize utility use and expense
• extended warranty materials and products to reduce replacement and waste

We strive for an eco-friendly strategy to leave old and new growth trees intact whenever possible.
